All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Must be accompanied with the original order number, and the desired size and item.

Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).

If wrong item is delivered, we will cover the cost of shipping both ways.

If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, or choosing the wrong mail service at checkout, customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment.

If address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably) Vertical is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.

Vertical is NOT responsible for lost packages of any kind after package is received by the mail-carrier service.

If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image of defect. We will review and reply within 24 hours with a resolution.
