Shipping & Returns


  • Items will usually ship within the same day or the next. 

  • Made-to-order products take 1-2 weeks to ship.

  • Preorder drops can take 2-4 weeks to ship. Production usually takes 1-2 weeks and another week to ship to us. The last week we check to make sure everything with the product is right and then pack orders.


  • You may return an item within 10 days of delivery.

  • The purchased item must be in its original condition

  • Your refund will be issued once the item is delivered to us and reviewed (Please note: not all refund requests will be accepted if the item is defective when it arrives to us. If your refund isn't accepted, the item will be sent back to you after it is reviewed. Shipping costs for sending the item back to you will be covered by Vertical.)


  • All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.

  • Must be accompanied by the original order number, and the desired size and item.

  • If the item you are exchanging is not of equal value please contact us through email:

  • Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).

  • If the wrong item is delivered, we will cover the cost of shipping both ways.

  • If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, or choosing the wrong mail service at checkout, the customer is responsible for the postage of re-shipment.

  • If the address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably) Vertical is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Vertical is NOT responsible for lost packages of any kind after the package is received by the mail-carrier service.

  • If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image of the defect. We will review and reply within 24 hours with a resolution.
